Return of purchase/s due to misfit
*** Exchange/return do not apply to items on sale, discounted or bought from a flash sale. For all exchange/returns, customers have to email our customer service prior to mailing the return parcel out. Failure for doing so may result in rejection of returns. By shopping on this website, it means that you adhere to all terms and conditions stated.
If the item doesn't fit you well or you do not wish to have the item, we are more than willing to adhere to the return request, you may choose to credit the balance amount for your next purchase with us, we will issue a credit note to you and you may utilise it in your next purchase, there is strictly no cash refund.
The store credit has no expiry date**, do not cover shipping fees. You may utilise the amount any time, across several order/s.
The parcel has to be shipped back to us within 14 working days from the day it is shipped.
A default $2 would be deducted from the store credit as it is part of the subsidised delivery fee incurred at the initial delivery cost and also transaction and restocking fees involved at our end.
Your delivery cost for the next order made with the store credit would still be entitled to the subsidised delivery fee.
Steps to follow:
· It is advisable to write in to us at email@example.com before proceeding with sending the package back. State your order ID & item/s to be returned.
· Pack the item/s in the original mailer envelope, the cost of new envelope will not be borne by us.
· The package is to be mailed via trackable postage, and borne by the customer.

- Item/s must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn.
Do allow 3-5 working days for the returns team to process the exchange procedure once you have shipped the returned mail.
For defective items, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed photos of the defect area/s within 1 week from receiving the parcel.
We will review it on a case by case basis. If defects is valid, you can mail it back to us within 7 working days; we will do an immediate exchange once we have received the parcel.
The cost of mailing back will be bear by us and a picture of the parcel stamped before sending out have to be sent to us. In the case when the item is sold out and we're unable to do an exchange, we will issue an email notice crediting the amount to your next purchase via a store credit.
FPM reserves the right to reject any request for exchange if returned merchandise(s) do not meet our requirements or when customer failed to provide proof of purchase.
Please take note that there might be a small difference in measurements by 0.5"-1" due to mass production. All measurements stated are approximate plus/minus. The true color of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions. Items with minute imperfections such as crease marks, loose threads, small thread bumps, slight stains within the size of 1cm, are not considered defects, as long as they do not affect the overall look of the item. The above-mentioned are not considered defect attributes and are therefore non-eligible for returns.
DO NOTE: Item must be in the original package, unworn and unwashed state in order to be acknowledged.
Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable. All valid exchange items have to be mailed back within 7 working days upon confirmation of exchange from FPM; after which, exchange will be deemed as invalid. Orders made are non-cancellable, and applies for all orders. However, under unique circumstances, store credits may be issued for cancelled orders.
